About Kin

At Kin, we think Australian women deserve better access to better quality healthcare that fits into our changing needs and lifestyles.‍

Women's reproductive health is stigmatised and taboo, resulting in a lack of R&D and innovation. Combined with a paternalistic primary healthcare system, this leads to disempowering patient experiences.

Kin's mission is to provide higher touch, higher quality reproductive healthcare that empowers women to make better decisions about their reproductive health, resulting in healthier, happier lives. Our flagship offering is a consultation with a doctor for subscription service to the contraceptive pill. We also offer fertility planning video consults, conception and pregnancy products, and a comprehensive fertility hormone test.

Since launching in 2019, we’ve become one of the fastest-growing telehealth brands in Australia, growing to over 30,000 members. More importantly, our members love us — Kin has over 2,000+ 5-star reviews on Product Review (https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/kin-fertility).

So how does Kin work?

We've built a technology platform to deliver reproductive healthcare to women with a level of care and depth that brings healthcare into the internet age. We provide an easy to use interface for women to get help, for doctors to manage their consultations via telehealth, and for pharmacies to fulfil any prescriptions, streamlining the user experience from the patient's and doctor's points of view.

This is done by automating the collection of most of the information a doctor needs in a consultation, providing this information in an easy format to doctors so they can make a decision on treatment, and making sure their time is used effectively.
